UCF Greeks from all four councils have been hard at work recruiting throughout the summer and early fall semester. Many chapters and councils have held interest meetings and recruitment events these first few weeks and are excited to welcome many Greeks into our community this fall. Check out the gallery of photos below!

Panhellenic Recruitment

During the week of August 12th, the Panhellenic Council at UCF completed a successful recruitment. With over 100 Rho Gammas, the potential new members were in good hands all week getting to know our 12 chapters. After opening bids in the Education Gym, over 700 new members rode the buses back to Greek Park, where they celebrated a fun and exciting bid day. Thank you to the Recruitment Executive board, chapters, and advisors for making it flawless week!

NPHC & DGC Present “Greeks on Trial”

On August 29, 2018, the Diversified Greek Council and National Pan-Hellenic Council collaborated to hold their annual welcome back, recruitment event. This year’s theme was “Greek On Trial.” Each chapter presentation showcased their hard truths, working to overcome their stereotypes. Once performances were done, the councils hosted a panel to answer frequently asked questions. The event wrapped up with time to meet and greet with each chapter, all of which had tables set up in Pegasus Ballroom.

IFC Recruitment

The Interfraternity Council facilitated a 3-week recruitment period, which utilized a new no-bidding period for the first portion of recruitment to encourage potential new members to check out multiple organizations.  Furthermore, the IFC elected to extend the community-wide wet event moratorium for their organizations to ensure their rush period would remain dry.  At the end of the recruitment period, IFC organizations extended over 400 bids to join their community!
