Fraternity and Sorority Life will again be offering an academic course in spring 2020 for fraternity/sorority officers. This course will focus on curriculum for chapter and council officers in our community. This means anyone who is newly elected to your chapter or council executive board for 2020 is eligible to sign up. We will offer one class section, which will meet Mondays, 10 – 11:45 AM. This class has a limited number of seats so sign ups will be on a first-come first-served basis.

The course will cover topics like:

Personal leadership development
Social identities
The current landscape of FSL nationally
Legal issues in FSL
Organizational improvement
Change management
UCF’s Standards of Excellence (SOE)
Officer transitions
Delegation
Resumes & promoting your Greek experience
